The closest (albeit still distant) living relatives of the African elephant, the diminutive rock hyrax are nimble footed acrobats. These tailless mammals are native to rocky outcrops called kopjes in Africa and the Arabian peninsula. You can find our Rock Hyrax in near the lions.
