Ring-Tailed Lemur



Natives of Madagascar, the ring-tailed lemur is a recognizable primate with a long, bushy and striped tail. The name lemur comes from the Latin word for “ghost” or “spirit”. These near threatened animals can be found in the Discovery Barn at the Zoo.
