Africa Pathway Closed

The pedestrian pathway to Africa is currently closed due to construction on our elephant exhibit. Africa will only be accessible by tram, which is free to all guests during this time. Thank you for your patience while we improve your Zoo.

The Indian peacock is the showiest member of the pheasant family, known for its trailing tail feathers marked with dazzling eye shapes. These large flighted birds are native to Asia and can be found in the aviaries on Tiger Trail on Beaks and Feet Boulevard.
