Explore the ultimate nocturnal adventure! All campers need to bring their own tents, sleeping bags and flashlights. The overnight includes a guided tour, activities, an animal encounter and smores! We will walk about when the rest of the Zoo is closed, so we will see who might be awake! In the morning the adventure continues with a complimentary continental breakfast in our chimp classroom. Program start at 6 p.m. on certain weekends, and ends at 10 a.m. the following day, rain or shine. This does include Zoo Admission the following day. We require a minimum of 20 paid participants for the program. Overnights may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met. If this is the case you will be notified at least two weeks from the overnight date. If you have a minimum of 20 paid participants and would like your own private overnight, please contact Education at Education@fotzkc.org.

One adult chaperone per 10 children is required. Minimum age is 6 years old.

You may bring light snacks and plastic bottled beverages. Dinner will not be served; please eat before you arrive! As part of the evening's activities, a late-night snack will be provided. In the morning, a continental breakfast will be provided. Please make arrangements for participants with dietary needs or food allergies. Also keep in mind that you are going to have to carry all of your items to the camp ground.
