Penguins are waddling their way to the Kansas City Zoo. Let's prepare for them by fully integrating penguins into your curriculum this coming school year. Join us on June 8th to talk to Jean Pennycook, renouned penguin researcher and educator. We will also share some ideas of how penguins can be a springboard for various subjects across the curriculum. And get a peak of what the penguin exhibit will become in the next months, opening late 2013. We will also do activities demonstrating the challenges penguins are facing with climate change in their habitat. Teacher Appreciation Day
