Zoological District Resident (Jackson/Clay County MO) pricing is only $5 Adults, $4.50 Seniors, $4.00 children 3-11. Regular Pricing $11.50 Adults; $10.50 Seniors; $8.50 Children ages 3-11. 2 and under are free.

Program sizes are limited and booked on a first paid, first served basis. Please register early!
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all programs.
A $5 processing fee may be applied to any program changes made after the initial registration, including cancellations, refunds, or date changes.
A confirmation letter will be issued upon receipt of your registration.
Participants may only register for programs within their age level.
Cancellation Policies: Family, Camp, Scout and Overnight Programs:
In the event a participant cancels at least two weeks prior to the program and cannot reschedule for another program, a full refund will be given.
Sorry, if a participant cancels less than two weeks prior to the program, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, you will be allowed to reschedule and will be charged an additional $5.00 processing fee.
Overnight programs may be cancelled due to severe weather, in which case the Zoo will notify participants of the cancellation four hours prior to the program. If this happens, a full refund will be issued. We will do our best to reschedule in the event of a cancelled program, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
School and Zoomobile Programs:
Cancellation must be made 1 week prior to the program. Rescheduling depends on availability of dates. Sorry, no refunds, but a rain check may be issued. Remember, payment is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled program.
The Kansas City Zoo reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and/or animal or personnel issues. In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to schedule an alternate date and time to visit your facility as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee availability of make-up dates.
Golf Cart Tours:
48-hour notice of cancellation is required to receive a 50% refund.
Tours may be cancelled due to severe weather. In this event, participants may reschedule or receive a rain check for a future tour.
