Have you always wanted to go on safari in Africa? Now you can, and all from the comfort of your very own Golf Cart Tour. The tour highlights the animals in our Africian Exhibit. The carts are driven by Kansas City Zoo Docents who are knowledgeable about the Zoo’s exhibits and animal collection.
Not all of the Zoo’s exhibits are accessible by cart. Therefore, short walking tours will be part of the adventure, if desired.
Tour Schedule Tours are available 9:30 - 11:30 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, April through October, by reservation only.
Tour Fees
$50 per person.
Minimum of two people per tour and a maximum of five.
Children under 2 will be admitted at no charge, but must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap.
A complimentary bottle of water will be provided for paying participants.
