Run, Cheetah, Run! Come watch at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 12, as the cheetahs chase a lure. They can run at more than 60 mph, so it's really cool to watch. We'll repeat the activity at 10:30 a.m. every second Saturday of the month through November.




A Red-Capped Mangabey was born in January, and recently went on exhibit with his mother, Schroeder, and father, Mogabi. He's active and playful and loves showing off for the camera.









Baby Zebra - A baby Zebra born;May 23 is now on exhibit in Africa. Her name is Ryan Lea, and she's just as cute as can be - and she's got BROWN stripes.







Ryan Lea
was named after 13-year-old Ryan Lea Thomas. Her father, Jonathan Thomas, serves on the Zoo's Board of Directors. Both Ryan Leas share the May 23 birthday.
